Oddly enough, the fence arrived in about a week — took longer than I like, but given shipping from Europe it's fine. Installation was simple, the build seems solid, and customer support answered a question quickly, so I'm relieved.
Wrong kind of "fast" for a due date
"we're waiting for items from an external warehouse." If the website says in stock, why the hold-up? This was for something I needed before my wife gives birth, so the stress was real. Their repeated offer: "we can refund you" — helpful, except refunds don’t stop the clock.
