one lens was missing, my messages through WhatsApp and email went ignored for weeks, and they even asked me to destroy the lenses (cut them up) before they'd send anything — yeah, that sounded sketchy and I was pretty skeptical. I kept nagging, sent repeated follow-ups, got more annoyed, and then finally someone on the team actually processed a refund for the missing piece. That switch from radio silence to a real resolution is why my mood changed — from doubtful to satisfied. Communication and shipping need work, no doubt, but they did the right thing eventually. If you need something fast, that's a risk, but if you can be persistent and follow up, they will make it right. So, cautiously recommended — just be ready to fight a little for what's yours.
