Opening it, I noticed the short strap I ordered was missing — that was the whole point. They sent the long strap instead, which sits wrong and just looks off. The bag itself feels okay, leather is soft and the crescent shape works when I wear it, so it's usable. Delivery was much slower than orders I've had from mytheresa, which annoyed me. Tried to return it and they want 15% restocking plus I pay return shipping. Not very customer friendly. Packaging looked sloppy too. Customer support took a couple emails to reply and their replies were blunt and not very helpful. With the missing piece and the fees I won't bother ordering here again.
