I was pretty skeptical before buying — I’d burned money on cheap brands before that promised clarity and didn't deliver, and I worried these would do the same. After about a year and a half, most of that worry has faded. The app is simple-enough and the Sona units cut the noise in crowded restaurants so I actually follow conversations. They aren’t flawless — sometimes wind or very loud places still fuzz things — but for the price they’ve been a solid, dependable fix so far.
Small heads-up
I grabbed these mostly for noisy restaurants and early on they did the job — easy app, straightforward controls. Been using them daily for about 18 months, they work well, works just fine for dinner conversations, meetings and watching TV with my partner. Delivery was actually quicker than I thought and the package showed up neat. Had a tiny glitch with the app once, but customer service replied fast and walked me through it, which surprised me. Battery life lasted longer than I expected. Good value, honestly.
Clear hearing aid purchase
These hearing aids have been a total game-changer for me. I've had 'em for well over a year now and they still work perfectly, meeting and exceedin' all of my expectations. The app that comes with 'em is so handy for adjustin' settings and customizin' my hearin' experience. I decided to get 'em 'cause I have trouble hearin' in loud places, like packed restaurants, but the Sona's noise-cancelin' feature is amazing. It muffles all the extra background noise, lettin' me concentrate on the conversation right in front of me.
