I ordered three scarves but only got one in the package. I reached out to customer service and showed them my proof of return and they gave me a refund for the missing scarves. Even though one got stolen, I'm thankful for their help in fixing the problem.
Cozy scarf
Oh my gosh, this scarf is seriously the best! It's incredibly soft and cozy, plus it goes perfectly with all my outfits. The packaging was adorable, like getting a special little gift just for me! The customer service was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I am absolutely obsessed with my new scarf, it's hands down my new favorite accessory! 😍
Lightweight, oversized scarf in dark red color
I just got this super cute oversized scarf in a dark red color and it's even better than I hoped! It's just as lightweight and big as it looked in the ads, and the color is spot on. I was so happy to see that the company fixed their delivery problems because my order came right on time, just within the 2-week window they said. I also got updates along the way about where my order was at. So all in all, I'm really happy with how everything turned out with this purchase.
Cashmere scarves purchase
The delivery came really quick, actually earlier than I thought. The scarves they sent were nice and came in these cute pouches that are great for traveling. The sapphire and sky blue cashmere scarves were top-notch quality, so soft and cozy. I can wear them in so many different ways, they're so versatile. I'm already thinking about which color to get next!

My friend told me about this brand and I thought I'd check it out. I ended up buying a light pink cashmere scarf from their website and let me tell you, I was blown away by how great it is. I just bought a bunch of scarves from this store. The stuff is really nice and the customer service was great. I wasn't too happy with a couple of the colors I got, but I know that's just personal preference. One thing to keep in mind is that they don't give out pre-paid return labels for folks in the UK. But I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they gave me a refund for the shipping once I showed them my proof of postage.
Two shawls, two scarves
I was really impressed with how awesome the customer service was from this company. They made sure to check in with me to make sure I got everything okay, and they even sent a sweet little note along with my order. The packaging was really nice and gave the whole thing a fancy feel. The products themselves are not only super pretty, but also so soft, warm, and cozy. I'm really happy with what I bought and will definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Light blue scarf purchase
The light blue scarf or wrap had some really nice packaging, you know? It looked all fancy and stuff. I was pretty excited to add it to my collection, but then I found out it got swiped from my bag on a flight overseas. I had just taken it out of the box for the first time, and poof, it was gone. Oh well, maybe the person who took it will love it just as much as I would have.
The best cashmere scarf at this price level
I have several cashmere scarves from 50 bucks to 500. this scarf is my goto scarf now. It is much more beautiful and softer than the cheap cashmere. And you don't have to worry about it like the burbe** scarves. thank you, Alex, for your prompt help. I appreciate it.

I bought one for my boyfriend, it is deep red in color and it looks so good on him. i want to buy one for me too, they have a good range.
The price is not exactly what i prefer but i am going to one more from here, thats what i am thinking. lol
