solid and roomy, nicer than the pics. Not perfect — there was a tiny scuff, which annoyed me for a second — but it doesn’t show once it’s tucked against the wall. So my earlier doubts mostly disappeared. Happy with the product. Could be smoother on delivery, but overall a win.
Half the speed, full headache
I stepped on it expecting a 12 km/h treadmill. It tops out at about 6 km/h. Feels like a fast walk, not a run. Belt and cushioning are okay and the display is clear, but the speed cap ruins it for my workouts. I tried their live chat and was told to email. At first they replied and asked for a short video to check the issue. I sent the video and then followed up a few times asking for a refund. Silence. I’d already given away my old machine because I needed faster runs — that was a mistake. I also called customer service and all they said was “email us.” No real help. If they don’t respond today I’ll file a dispute with my bank. Usable for walking, useless for runs.
