Almost lost hope, but got there in the end March 23, 2026

I ordered some print runs for my little weekend stall and I’ll be honest, I was pretty skeptical after the first hiccup. The invoice they sent to UPS had the wrong details, which meant I was suddenly hit with an import charge I didn’t expect (not cool). UPS tried to deliver a few times — like five knocks at the door — but I couldn’t accept it without paying that tax. I reached out to the company and they apologized, promised they’d sort it and even said I wouldn’t have to pay. It wasn’t instant, there was a lot of chasing (I sent the payment link and reminders), but eventually they picked up, took responsibility and started the refund process. So yeah, frustrating in the middle — it messed with my prep — but they did fix it and refunded me, which I appreciate. Still, delivery chaos and admin mistakes are annoying. Overall I’d use them again, but I’d double-check the paperwork next time.
