Been on their Isolate Zero Strawberry for about four years — still ordering. Mixes great with my high-fiber powders and vitamins, no clumps, and honestly the flavor's milder than I expected, really nice.
Referral mix-up spoiled an otherwise solid buy
Needed this after a rough move and my lower back started acting up. The product helps and it showed up on time, which I liked. The snag was the referral link — I ordered through a friend’s promo and it never credited her. She called support and got told it was my fault, that I hadn’t completed the order right. That felt dismissive. Delivery and the item are fine, but customer service needs to own and fix these attribution issues.
