Totally fine — they sorted it fast when I complained about a late delay notice. I needed the item for a move and couldn't wait, so they canceled and refunded, relieved, thanks.
Quick cozy win
Totally worth it — dog hogs it; setup took minutes, fits the outdoor house, delivery was fast and trackable, after other brands this was a pleasant surprise.
Started skeptical, ended relieved

Small collar, big questions
price was low, product made in China, and the photos looked almost too neat. That said, I wanted something compact for my yapping terrier, so I went ahead. Ordering was straightforward enough and shipping was surprisingly quick, which eased one worry right away.
Great unit, messy checkout
Overall, I'm really pleased with the PuraX — it does what I hoped, though ordering was a bit messy. I live in Finland and use it every day for my cats; it saves me the morning scooping and cuts the odor, so it's been great. Shipping was quick, about a week, but the price was high (€800) and the website's Black Friday discount turned out to be false when I asked. Customer replies were vague, so I should've probably ordered from Amazon.de for more security. Still, the unit itself is brilliant.
