I have been associated with StubHub for long time.They are master sellers of major events all around the world almost.Being a seller I too use to sell my tickets here.Not a bad idea at all.Millions of sports hunger and mad people.When Premier Leagues or star events venue declared value of such web sites gone high n high.
For last many months neither any events declared not any positive schedule available.So thousands of companies of are doing similar job ,having no bookings .Already scheduled events can be cancelled or rescheduled any time ,so they are helpless this time as I too. I just bought tickets to see Usher in Toronto next September 2024 from this online marketplace. Guess what? I got them a whole week earlier than the general public, and at a way cheaper price than other sites! When I got them on my phone app, I reached out to the original ticket seller to double-check they were the real deal, and they said they were legit. My whole experience with this ticket marketplace has been awesome and easy.
Great tickets!
I understand why some folks might not be fans of this place, but you know what? My visit was great. Sure, things can occasionally get messed up with all those customers and vendors, but my tickets were good and the customer service folks were super helpful.
Ticket Purchase for Boston Concert
I just bought a ticket for a concert in Boston through this platform, but they sent me a fake ticket for an LA show instead. Dealing with this was a pain because I had to spend forever on chat and the phone to straighten it out and get a legit ticket. At first, they said I could pick from different seats, but I only got one choice in the end - a meh spot halfway up in the balcony instead of the box seat I wanted. It was a letdown to see that the company cared more about refunds than actually fixing the problem for their customers.
Lost tickets, promised replacement
I bought tickets online, but they disappeared into the internet abyss or something. I called a bunch of times and all they said was that they'd send replacements. But when the day of the game came, they gave me a list of other games to pick from, and of course, none of them had tickets for me. So now I'm just waiting to hopefully get a refund, but who knows how long that will take. Luckily, we were able to buy tickets straight from the arena and we saw a great game!
Show tickets
I bought some show tickets like a month ago, but then three days before the show, I realized I never got them. So, I emailed customer support, and they were like, "we got your email, but we haven't fixed it yet." So then I called them, and they said they would send the tickets on the day of the show. Even after I told them about our travel and hotel plans, the tickets never showed up. It was super frustrating and we ended up missing out on a bunch of stuff.
Soccer game tickets in Italy
I bought tickets for a soccer game in Italy, but the game date got changed and now I can't go. I tried to get a refund, but the customer service folks were no help at all. They were like robots, just throwing terms and conditions at me without any care or concern. I should have checked the reviews before buying from this company. It was a letdown for sure. I definitely recommend staying away from this ticket platform.
Event ticket purchase experience
I had the worst experience trying to buy event tickets on this site. I booked my tickets but never got them. When I asked for a refund, customer service didn't respond at all. I'm convinced now that this site is a scam and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone wanting to go to an event.
Unfair ticket replacement
I got tickets for this awesome event, but man, was I let down by the replacement tickets they sent me. The original ones were midcourt, 9 rows from the floor, but the replacements were way up in the corners, just ruining the whole experience for me. And get this - they could've given me tickets in the same row as my original ones, but they refused because the price went up. They didn't even try to make up for the inconvenience. I was stuck with either taking the awful seats or just skipping the event altogether. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare, spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to fix things. Clearly, they don't care about their customers or keeping their word. I'm done with them - closing my account and never using their services again.
Real Madrid vs. Bilbao tickets purchase
My experience buying tickets for the Real Madrid vs. Bilbao game was pretty good overall. I got the tickets without any problems, but I was kind of bummed out about how much more they ended up costing compared to the advertised price. The final total was way higher than I thought because of extra fees tacked on at checkout. It would've been better if they just showed the full price upfront to avoid catching me off guard.
Disappointment with recent experience
I had a really bad experience with a ticketing company recently. They were doing things they never did before and it seems like they're now more focused on scamming people rather than being a legit business. Even their customer service, which used to be helpful, now feels like I'm talking to robots giving me empty promises about my tickets. It's sad to see a company that was once trustworthy turn to dishonesty, and it makes me wonder why they're not getting in trouble for it.
Ticket selling nightmare
I tried to sell my tickets online, you know? It was a mess! I put my tickets up but the website didn't even post them. And when I tried to fix it, they lost my tickets! I was at the event trying to sell them in person, but they just said "sorry, can't help." It was the worst!
Ticket purchase for a concert
I bought concert tickets using this platform, and man, what a disaster. I forked out a good amount of cash for those tickets way ahead of time, all hyped up and ready for the show. But when the big day rolled around and I checked my email, no tickets. I tried calling customer service over and over, but kept getting the same brush-off, with them saying the tickets would be sent any minute. Hours went by, still no tickets.
Fraudulent tickets
I just bought some tickets on here and it turned out they were fake. This was my first time trying out this service and it was a total nightmare. Got the confirmation, got charged on my card, even got my seats picked out. But when I got to the event, they wouldn't let me in cause someone else had already used the tickets. Ended up having to drive all the way back home and wasted a ton of time and money. It was super embarrassing and I was really let down by the whole thing.
