smooth melt, steady texture, good for quick dessert work when I can’t spend hours. One bag had a small dent and another showed a faint smear, but nothing ruined. I contacted customer service about the dent. They replied within a day and offered a credit, so that was fine, though not instant. Delivery itself was excellent — clear tracking, on time, courteous driver. Price is a bit higher than some alternatives. Still, for convenience and consistent results when I need something that just works, this was a sensible buy. Not perfect. Good enough, and importantly, reliable when I needed it most.
