Great-looking faucets, frustrating follow-through October 12, 2026

I first came across these kitchen faucets while putting together ideas for our kitchen remodel, and honestly, they looked exactly like what I wanted. The style was great, the website was easy enough to use, and the stated delivery window of 3–10 business days seemed workable since the installers were already booked. I felt pretty good about the order at that point. That changed when I got the email saying the faucets were not actually available and had to be ordered through a distributor, with no clear arrival date. It could be a month, maybe longer, maybe sooner. That just didn’t work with a kitchen fitting coming up. The moment I knew I was really disappointed was when I tried to cancel. I called on September 19 and only reached a message saying phones were not being answered because of COVID and that customers should email instead. Fair enough, I thought, so I emailed right away asking for the order to be canceled and refunded. Then I followed up. And followed up again. A week later, nothing. No reply, no confirmation in my account, and no refund showing up. Delays happen, especially with stock, and I can understand that part. What I can’t really understand is not even sending a quick acknowledgment. The faucets may be lovely, but the communication left me stuck when I needed a simple cancellation handled.
