Tee-time purchase issue
I recently had a bad experience with this platform when trying to book a tee-time. I messed up and booked a date by accident. I quickly canceled the reservation once I realized my mistake. But I was bummed to find out they wouldn't refund my credit card, they just gave me credit on my account.
I booked a tee time while in Phoenix. Talking Stick Golf.
I went online to book a time at Talking Stick Phoenix . In January of this year . I keyed in a Thursday afternoon but before I finalized, I switched to the Tuesday before. Your system defaulted back to Thursday. When I showed up to the course I had to pay full price to play. Instead of you crediting my card - you credit my account for your mistake! I tried 2 more times to apply the credit and only got a small portion applied. I’m told I have to use it on your deals only and will lose the credit by June. Well you lost a customer and hope the $ you stole from me make up for any future earnings, including that of my friends and acquaintances that I will make sure do not use your sites Golf Now and Tee Off!
Tee time at Sunridge Golf course, Carson City NV
Tee time allowed booking on a course that is closed due to snow. Went to course today 1 hour drive only to find it closed. I am not able to get refund on my round!!! This is a terrible way of treating customers
$100 gift card
Only good for very few tee times at not so good courses. Read small print. On top of that I COULD NOT even use the card when I attempted. Took them a whole week to allow me to use the card. Customer service from hell.
Read other reviews. All say the same thing. This company is operating at a level that makes you doubt their legitimacy.Gift cards
I cannot use my gift cards to Teeoff.com. CS said they have not changed over since they merged with golfnow. I have about $75 worth of gift cards.CS says give it a couple of days. 2 weeks later and told the same thing. Have better luck and cheaper green fees calling the course directly. Would give them 0 stars if I could

We had a very bad experience with teeoff.com
We bought tee time for TPC stadium course. After a couple of hours, they changed our tee time by an hour and to a different course.
When I called teeoff.com to find out why, I received a non-answer response. They tried to make a lot of excuses and even blamed me for their mistakes.
Stay away from teeoff.com. Either book directly with the course or golfnow.com - way better.
