I grabbed these because my lower back had been acting up and I’d read they might help with sleep and tension. Honestly, I was skeptical at first, really skeptical. After a couple of nights I noticed the sheets feel different — sort of cool and smooth, but not slippery, and they seem to keep things steady in a way I can’t fully explain. I toss less, wake up less stiff, and my partner actually said “these are nice” which is rare. They’re not magic, but the texture and the way they lie on the body made a real difference for me.
