I really wanted this order to work out, especially because several neighbors were curious about the shutters and waiting to see mine installed. Instead, the boxes have been sitting in my house since January. I ordered white shutters, but what arrived looked cream, which just does not work with the rest of my trim.
Express Service, Slow Resolution
I honestly wish I had spent a little more somewhere else and saved myself months of hassle. We ordered these shutters after moving into an older house, mostly because the front room gets brutal afternoon sun and we wanted privacy without putting up heavy curtains. On paper, it all seemed simple enough. We even paid an extra £200 for express service since family was coming to stay soon after the move.
Nice shutters, but the wait was a real test of patience
good color, solid feel, and they don’t look cheap once they’re up. That part was a pleasant surprise, especially after some disappointing quality issues I’ve had with other home decor companies.
