Delivery was slow-ish, customer service helpful though, replaced quickly — surprised, will reorder again.
Pleasant little surprise
I opened it the day after ordering and used it right away — felt solid but soft where it counts, way nicer than the photos. Came fast, which surprised me and relieved, so I'm really pleased.
