Health supplement for mobility improvement
After I bought this health supplement for my Border Terrier to help him move better, I saw a big difference in how he can go up stairs and walk further. At first, I didn't know I had to give him more of the supplement for the first month, but once I figured that out and gave him the right amount, he started getting better faster. Now he can walk all the way to the mailbox and back - that's a mile and a half - and he doesn't shake as much. I'm so grateful for how much this has helped my dog Rhett feel better and be more active.

Pet treats for my beloved companion
I bought some pet treats for my furry friend not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was really impressed with how great they were. My pet absolutely loved them and I could see a difference in how well he was moving around. It's tough to see your pet in pain, but these treats seemed to help him feel better during his last few months. Even though he only had them for a little while, I think they really did make a difference in how he was feeling.
Unexpected subscription charges
I just found out that money was being taken out of my account without my knowledge for some subscription I didn't even know about. I was totally surprised because I didn't plan for that expense. Luckily, Veronica helped me understand what was going on and gave me back 20% of the money. Even though there was a mistake, I'm grateful for the quick and friendly customer service that helped fix the problem and keep me as a happy customer.

Terrible customer service. Sent 2nd autoshop in 12 days . Was on 40 day autoship and intended to cancel. All you get are pre written responses, nothing that pertains to your situation. Chat is all AI. Email AI and phone is rude. Out 90 dollars for something I don't want , my dog hates them.
Hip/Joint Support for my dog
My dog has been using Hip/Joint Support for a while now since he tore his CCL. Thankfully, he didn't need surgery and he's all healed up thanks to this amazing product. He's gonna be 11 soon and we're thrilled with how well he's doing. We also make sure to give him Multivitamins for his overall health.

Automatic shipping order every two months
The shipping service from this company is really great. I always get my orders on time, without any problems. My dog really likes the product, and I've seen a big improvement in her mobility since she started taking it. She's an 8-year-old lab/pit mix with stiff joints, but these supplements have made a real difference in her health. I'm really happy with the quality and how well the product works.
Dog bed purchase
I got this really comfy dog bed for my little buddy and he just can't get enough of it! But then my old dog passed away, so I had to cancel the order. When I contacted customer service, they were so nice and compassionate. They canceled the order and gave me a refund without any hassle. Black treats
I picked up the treats and they were black! I wasn't sure if that was normal, so I gave customer service a call and they told me it was okay. I'm still not completely convinced, but my dog is obsessed with them so I'll keep trying. I did find the CEO's videos on Facebook kind of strange, though...

Pet supplements for older dog
These supplements have really helped my old dog's meals. He's fifteen and seems happier and more active now that we've been giving them to him. Even though they smell a little funky, he still loves to gobble them up.
Hip & joint supplement for senior dog
Our dog was having a tough time moving around, always limping. We decided to give her a hip & joint supplement and it really did the trick! She's back to running around like a little puppy and we couldn't be happier that she's feeling so much better. Thanks a bunch!

I used this product longer than 5 months and it did nothing for my dog and they will not warranty they're product like they say all over the website. I total scam to get me to buy over 3 months of dog treats. Horrible company and product.
