this billing company caused more trouble than it should have — I'd skip them if I had a choice. I had to use them because my doctor's office funnels bills through them, so I didn't pick them. I mailed checks as soon as the statements arrived and my bank shows both were cashed. The company insisted they weren't paid and asked me to send proof, which I did. One larger charge eventually posted after months, the small $9.30 one did not, and I even got a collections notice. I called last week and the rep said it was paid, yet here I am dealing with a debt collector on Monday to clear my name. So, yes, most payments do get processed, but it's slow, sloppy and annoying — you need patience and paperwork. Not terrible, just definitely not smooth.
