I started using these pillowcases a few weeks ago, mostly because my skin gets fussy now and then. The first night felt nice, but I knew I was sold when I woke up without that usual scratchy, warm feeling on my face. They’re really soft and make sleeping feel a little more comfortable. The site took some patience to figure out, though.
Skeptical at first
smooth, substantial, and no little pulls or snags after use. The sleep mask is solid too. I had one minor question and customer service answered quickly. Not cheap, but it feels worth it. I’m considering the sheet set now.
Unsettling silk
I hesitated before buying these 22-momme sheets — price and the claim of 100% mulberry silk made me wonder if they were real. The champagne color and loose, generous fit convinced me to try them; I liked that they don't pull tight like some fitted sheets. At first they seemed fine, soft and smooth, but around month three I noticed heavy pilling and I started sweating more in them than with any other silk set I've owned (I've had 16–25 momme from other brands). So my initial doubts weren't quieted. They look nice and feel good at first, but durability and heat issues left me disappointed.
Rough start, decent finish
Half an hour into unpacking, I noticed the bed looked naked and my new duvet cover still hadn’t arrived — that's when I knew this mattered. I needed it because my back was killing me and I wanted a comfortable spot after a long move, so I’d paid extra for expedited shipping. At first the tracking vanished and emails were met with silence, which was annoying. I started a chargeback but then, two weeks later, the seller finally replied, shipped the order and sent a short apology. The cover arrived slightly late but in good shape, fabric feels nice, and it actually helped me sleep better. Still, the communication sucked; they can do better.
Quick replacement, sleeping better
I wasn't expecting much, honestly, but after a delivery hiccup I'm pretty pleased. The outer box had a cut that went straight through to the pillowcases, so I messaged the seller using the PayPal contact; they asked for photos and sent replacements quickly with new tracking, no long back-and-forth. I started using them about two weeks ago and the fabric is softer than I thought — immediate comfort. The standout for me is that I deal with serious hair loss and I've seen noticeably fewer strands on the pillow in the mornings, which was the whole reason I bought them. Overall a tidy fix and they do what I needed, would buy again.
The refund finally showed up — relief at last
I was scrolling through my bank app with coffee in hand and saw the refund hit my account. That tiny moment was the point I knew this whole thing was over and, honestly, that I could stop nagging myself about whether I’d been too trusting. I had ordered a pricey item for my home office — something I use every day and was really counting on — and after weeks of nonsense it felt like someone finally fixed it, even if it wasn’t the seller who did it.
The night I finally slept through
give the quilt a few nights, and wash the pillowcase on gentle to keep that zipper happy. If you’re on the fence, try the silk set first — for me that was the gateway. I appreciate the quality and the thought behind the products; they don’t scream luxury, they just perform. I’ll definitely keep at least one of each on hand from now on.
