still no ball, and that's a letdown. I ordered it for my grandson's Feb 29 birthday - promised him that exact ball. My daughter says it never arrived. I needed it for the party. If they fix delivery or refund, I might give them another shot.
Good feel, messy returns
when I tried to return within the 30 days shown on the site they suddenly cited a 14-day policy from another listing, refused to cover return shipping, and dragged their feet on the refund even after I sent screenshots. In the end I kept it because it helped, but be ready to fight if you need a return.
