I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this store. Even though they say they care about customers, they didn't show it at all when I was shopping there. I paid extra for fast shipping, but my order ended up arriving late - and Saks wouldn't admit fault for the delay. Their online chat, text, and phone support are some of the worst I've ever dealt with. They just keep cutting you off without actually helping. My suggestion? Find somewhere else to shop.
