Streaming service subscription
This streaming service is a total disaster. It's like they don't even care about fixing all the problems with the site. The queue system is a mess, making it impossible to keep track of the shows I want to watch. And don't even get me started on the autoplay feature, it hardly ever works and drives me crazy. If you try to reach out to customer support, all you get is a message saying you're out of luck. It's so aggravating! It's a shame because they have a great selection of shows, but it's always a struggle just to watch them.
