I recently bought some clothes from this store, and man, let me tell you, it was a terrible experience dealing with their customer service and return policy. Even though I saw some bad reviews about their customer service, I still liked their stuff so I went ahead and placed an order. But when my package got sent back to their place, it was a nightmare trying to get my money back. The customer service person said they got my package in TN, but still wouldn't give me a refund. That just didn't seem right to me, and it made me so mad. It's really frustrating to see businesses not caring about keeping their customers happy and being fair. I would not recommend shopping at this store at all because their return policy is sketchy and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes.
