Luxury bedding set
I bought this fancy bedding set a while back and honestly, it's been a major letdown. It's been over two months and I still haven't gotten it. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service, but no luck - total radio silence. They keep passing the buck to some other company, so I can't even get the issue sorted out. They told me to file a fraud claim with my credit card company, but that won't get me my $400 back or my bedding set. It's just really frustrating and kinda sad that I paid so much for this and got such terrible service in return.
