Two rugs
I just bought two rugs from this company and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything went. I ordered two different ones, but ended up returning one. The return process was super easy and I got my money back quickly. When I'm looking for a rug, the most important thing for me is that it doesn't stink. A lot of rugs out there have this gross, musty smell that never goes away. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rugs from this company didn't have that issue at all. The quality is top-notch, and I've bought rugs from them before. Overall, I'm a happy camper and for sure will be coming back for more rugs in the future.

Luxury bedding set
I bought this fancy bedding set a while back and honestly, it's been a major letdown. It's been over two months and I still haven't gotten it. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service, but no luck - total radio silence. They keep passing the buck to some other company, so I can't even get the issue sorted out. They told me to file a fraud claim with my credit card company, but that won't get me my $400 back or my bedding set. It's just really frustrating and kinda sad that I paid so much for this and got such terrible service in return.
