Dress and boots purchase
I recently bought a few dresses and boots from this company. Unfortunately, I got the wrong boots that were clearly not what I ordered. At first, I was a bit annoyed, but I have to say the customer service team really came through. They asked for pictures of the wrong item, which seemed a little odd to me, but I sent them anyway. When I didn't hear back via email, I reached out on Facebook and had to do some digging to find a phone number. Finally, I got in touch with a rep who was super helpful. They were really nice, understood the situation, and quickly got my return and refund sorted. I'm really grateful for their quick and professional help.
