    2 bracelets

    I purchased 2 bracelets and had to return one however they did not have a replacement in stock nor could they tell me when they would so I opted to return it for a refund. Mind you this process took several weeks because they have no phone number and only communicate through e-mail. Each email takes at least 2 days and up to 2 weeks to get a response. P.s I returned the bracelet in January and I am still waiting for a refund. It's been over a month and their next excuse is there's a problem with my bank. The bank told me there is no problem. It's this company that should be ashamed to call themselves a company. Don't buy from them, their nothing but a big headache and the customer service is horrible to say the least. Shame on them. I still want my money back so I will do whatever it takes to get it.
