Subscription scam
This company is a complete nightmare to deal with, I tell ya. I got sucked into their shady subscription tricks and I totally regret it now. They went ahead and signed me up for a subscription without even asking me, and when I tried to cancel, they still charged me cancellation fees even though they hadn't even shipped the box yet. It's all about money for them, and they couldn't care less about what's best for you.
