Mens shoes
February 2022, I purchased a new pair of men's Skechers shoes from Super Shoes in Pennsylvania. The shoes have been comfortable, and so far have held up well. The insoles failed badly within 5 months of purchase, with large chunks falling out in the areas of wear.
However my biggest concern is the lack of customer support. I reached out to the company three times with absolutely no response aside from the automated email response. (9/5/22, 9/19/22 & 10/12/22). This lack of response and apparent lack of concern will cause me to avoid purchasing or recommending the Skechers brand.
