I bought some hair vitamins from this company back on November 21st, and I still haven't gotten them. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service team through Facebook and email for weeks now, but I haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating and disappointing to deal with this kind of lousy customer service from a company that's supposed to be reliable.
