I'm so frustrated with my recent order not being delivered. The tracking said it was delivered on a certain date, but it's still not here. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but all I get are generic responses that don't fix anything. It's really disappointing to spend my money on clothes that never arrive. This whole thing has been a huge hassle, and I wouldn't recommend buying from this company to anyone.
