Smartphone repair
I had a really frustrating time dealing with the repair service for my smartphone. I sent it in for repair, but it took them over a month to send it back to me, and it was still messed up. The quality of their repair work and tech support was just terrible, and I ended up feeling really annoyed and unsatisfied. I had to keep calling them to check on the progress, but all I got were excuses and more delays.
