Misleading "DRM free" ebook
I recently bought an ebook from this site that claimed to have "DRM free" ebooks. But when I tried to download it after purchasing it, turns out it had DRM restrictions that stopped me from using it on my e-reader like I wanted. It was super annoying because the site bragged about having DRM free stuff, but that wasn't true in my case. It felt like they tricked me and I felt let down and unhappy with what I got. I contacted customer service to tell them how I felt and they did end up giving me a refund, which I'm grateful for, but the first experience was kind of a bummer.
