Email communication issues
At first, I was having a hard time getting emails from the platform. The communication board was all over the place and disorganized, so it was tough to find the help I was looking for. It was a lot to dig through all the random posts and distractions just to find what I really needed. Some users were nice and helpful, but the whole experience was messed up because there weren't clear channels for communication.
