I've been to this store for jewelry repairs a few times. The first times were just okay, but today was totally different. The new manager, Victoria, was such a great change from the last one. She was super nice, knew her stuff, and honestly seemed to care about giving top-notch customer service. I was really blown away by how professional and kind she was.
