Review about: Dollar Shave Club
Disappointed, quality decline, poor customer service
I've been a loyal customer for years, but I gotta say, the recent drop in quality is just not cutting it. These new blades don't even fit right into the handle, and forget about getting a smooth shave. Feels like I'm using some flimsy disposable razor every time. And to top it off, customer service is nowhere to be found. My wife reached out multiple times and didn't even get a response. It's really disappointing to see a company that used to be so awesome just go downhill like this.
