I've been a member of Dollar Shave Club for a few years now and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I signed up, I've been blown away by the convenience and affordability of their monthly shave box. The quality of the razors and grooming products are top-notch and have made my daily routine so much easier.
The online ordering process is seamless and delivery is always prompt. I love that I can customize my monthly box and add or remove items as needed. The variety of products they offer is also a huge plus, from shaving creams to aftershave and more.

The old blades used to give me a really nice, smooth shave because they had six sturdy blades. But ever since they switched to these new blades, my shaving routine has gone downhill. The new blades feel cheap and flimsy, and it takes me way longer to get a decent shave compared to before. It's pretty disappointing to see such a drop in quality, especially when I was so happy with the old blades. I'm guessing this change happened because the company got bought out by a bigger corporation, and now they care more about making money than keeping customers happy. It's sad to see a product that used to be top-notch go down the drain like this.
Replacement razors
I've been a faithful customer of this company for a long time, but it looks like our relationship might be on thin ice. The new razors they're pushing instead of the old reliable ones are just not up to par. The shave quality is lackluster, and I'm really let down by the whole thing. I've talked to customer service about my concerns, but if they can't fix this or bring back the old razors, I might have to start shopping elsewhere for my shaving stuff.
Easy, affordable shaving
I really value efficiency when it comes to shaving, and this service totally nails it. The razors are top-quality, the handles are solid, and the shave is super smooth without any irritation. And the best part is, the price is totally reasonable, which is always a win for me. The only thing I wish they had more of in their starter trial is product variety, but all in all, I'm a happy customer.
Razor and blades
I thought the razors and blades from this company were top of the line, but man was I mistaken! The handle feels like it's gonna snap in my hand at any moment, and the blades keep popping off while I'm trying to shave. The quality is just awful, I might as well just grab a cheap disposable razor. I ended my subscription and won't ever go back. Time to stick with my reliable Bulldog bamboo razor.

I've been with this shaving club for years, but I'm really let down by the changes they've made to their product. The new blades and handle are terrible quality and have totally ruined my shaving routine. I'm done with them - canceled my subscription for good.
Subscription confusion

Disappointed, quality decline, poor customer service
I've been a loyal customer for years, but I gotta say, the recent drop in quality is just not cutting it. These new blades don't even fit right into the handle, and forget about getting a smooth shave. Feels like I'm using some flimsy disposable razor every time. And to top it off, customer service is nowhere to be found. My wife reached out multiple times and didn't even get a response. It's really disappointing to see a company that used to be so awesome just go downhill like this.

I just got this product from the company and I gotta say, it's been a total letdown. The blades keep coming off the handle, so it's a real pain to use properly. I tried reaching out to Customer Services about it, but they didn't seem to care at all. It's a bummer because this product used to be awesome, but I'd recommend steering clear of them now.
unsatisfactory new blades

Razors changed without warning
Oh my gosh, seriously DSC, why did you have to go and mess everything up?! I've been using their razors forever and then suddenly they switch my subscription without even letting me know. What the heck, dude?! And now this new Club Series 6 handle and blade is just awful. Did they even try it before selling it to us loyal customers? It feels cheap, weak, and doesn't even give a good shave. Ugh, now I gotta find a new razor. So ridiculous!
Broken handle, hard to attach blades, blades don't cut well.
Yeah, so I got these razors from this place a while ago, but then COVID hit and I had to stop using them. Recently, I decided to give them another shot and it was a disaster. The handle was broken when I first got it, but they did send me a replacement which was nice. However, the blades were a pain to attach and they did a terrible job cutting! I had to go over the same spot multiple times, it felt like I was shaving with a dull butter knife.
New blade purchase
As a long-time customer, I was looking forward to trying out the new blades from the latest generation. I had been using up the older generation blades and was excited for a new and improved shaving experience. Without reading any reviews beforehand to keep an open mind, I started using the new blades. But after going through two blades over the week, I sadly realized that the new blades are not as good as the old ones. They felt cheap and uncomfortable to shave with, giving me a less than satisfying experience. When I checked the reviews afterwards, I saw that many other customers felt the same way. It seems like I'm not alone in being disappointed with the new blades. So, I've decided to cancel my subscription and look for other shaving options, even if it means paying a bit more for better quality.
Shaving razor
I've been a customer for a long time, and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with the recent changes to the razor design. I was happy with the old design for almost ten years, it gave me a good shave. But now, the new razor is not cutting it - literally. It feels like I'm using a cheap bic razor, painful and doesn't work well. It's like they went backwards instead of making things better. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my subscription because the product quality just wasn't up to par anymore.
