Subscription confusion
My experience with this subscription was a huge letdown. I signed up for a box every three months, but they kept sending one every month, which was a pain and cost me extra money. When I tried to get help from customer service, I got no answer. Their lack of response and support was really frustrating and unprofessional. That's why I decided to cancel my subscription and look for a more dependable service next time. Also, the new blades they sent were not as good quality. Overall, my experience with this subscription service was disappointing and I would advise others to steer clear of it.
