New style razors and handles
The new razors are really sharp, but putting them on the handle can be a pain. They keep popping off while I'm trying to shave, and it's so annoying. It seems like most people don't like the new design based on the reviews. And trying to cancel my membership is a total nightmare - I keep getting blades I don't need. It's such a relief when I finally manage to cancel it.
Club Series razor purchase
Hey there, I've been a loyal customer of this product for a while now and I recently decided to switch things up and try out the new Club Series razor. Gotta tell ya, I wasn't too impressed. The shave just doesn't compare to what I was used to with my previous razor. It used to be smooth sailing with one quick stroke, but now I'm having to go over the same spot multiple times and even shaving against the grain, which isn't fun. Not to mention, it's not great at getting those hard-to-reach areas and the blade on the back is pretty much useless. Overall, I find the new razor to be rough, time-consuming, and just plain annoying compared to the old one. Kinda bummed that I spent money on three months worth of cartridges that didn't live up to the hype.
Replacement blades
I've been a customer for a while now, and I gotta say, I was really bummed out when the replacement blades arrived. They were seriously lacking in quality compared to the awesome ones I used to get. They were so dull and gave me irritation, which made me cancel my subscription. It's disappointing to see such a drop in quality, especially when I've always been happy with your products before. I really hope you guys take this feedback to heart and step up the game with your blades in the future. Thanks.
Razors and shave cream
I started getting razors and shave cream from this place back in 2020 and they were really good and affordable. But after about a year, I started having issues with my orders. Dealing with their customer service was a real headache. After a few years of this, I had enough and decided to cancel my subscription in December 2023. However, the razors and shave cream are actually top-notch. So, I placed an individual order on March 3. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received anything. The customer service rep was nice and said they would take care of it, but I'm still waiting. It's just not worth the hassle, you feel me?
New razors disappointment
I was really excited about the idea of those new razors, but man, they were such a disappointment. It seems like they were cutting corners to save a few bucks because those razors are just terrible. They don't glide smoothly on my face and leave my skin feeling dry and irritated. After sticking with them for five years, I've had it and had to pull the plug on my subscription.
Subscription razor blades
The razor blades I got from my latest subscription were seriously disappointing compared to the awesome quality I remember from a few years back. These new blades just felt cheap and weak, which made it super hard to get a close shave around the corners of my mouth. It's clear that the product quality has gone downhill, and I'm really bummed about it. It seems like the company has definitely dropped the ball when it comes to their product quality.
