Signed Pele jersey
I recently bought a signed Pele jersey from Firma Stella as a Christmas present for my son. The package got stuck in customs, not the company's fault. But when I reached out to Ben from customer service, he was super helpful. I was impressed by how Ben went out of his way to assist me, even though the order was already in motion. He always replied quickly to my questions and made sure the package finally made it to me. Even though the jersey arrived late, it was in great shape. I'm really happy with the great service from Firma Stella and would definitely buy from them again.
