Review about: iRobot
New vacuum connectivity issue
I am so upset with this company right now. I bought a new vacuum, but I can't figure out how to connect it to the app. I've tried calling customer service and tech support multiple times, but they have been no help at all. I've done everything they said on the website, but my vacuum still won't work right. I am so frustrated with the lack of support and help from this company. It seems to me that the "i" in iRobot stands for incompetence, indifference, and ineptitude.
