Subscription to a craft beer club
While I was looking for the perfect craft beer club for my husband, I checked out a few options online. I decided to try Craft Beer Club because their website looked pretty good. Unfortunately, my experience with this club was a letdown. The beers they sent with the subscription were not great – they were common and cheap with low ratings. It felt like they were just trying to get rid of beers that breweries couldn't sell. When I contacted customer service to share my concerns, they didn't seem to care. Their lack of interest and dismissive attitude towards my feedback was really disappointing. So, I had to cancel my subscription and find a different beer club that offered a better experience.
