Cover and carry case purchase
I gotta say, I had a pretty specific ask when I was buying a cover for my product. I also needed a replacement carry case that wasn't even listed for sale on its own. But let me tell ya, the person I talked to in customer service, Lachelle, was fantastic. She really went out of her way to make sure I got everything taken care of. I gotta give a big shoutout to their products and customer service - top notch!
