Subscription box delays
I'm really into subscription boxes, but lately I've been let down by this one company. They keep delaying my orders and not giving me any updates about what's going on. I get that things might be crazy right now, but it's still frustrating to wait so long for something that's supposed to come regularly. And when I reached out to customer service, they didn't really help much. No solutions, no compensation - just more disappointment. I value a company that's on top of things and keeps me in the loop, so I can't really endorse this one to others looking for a reliable subscription box service.
