Good advice on the purchase end. Fast delivery: 4 days over the weekend.
Good product to replace a Sony soundbar and Subwoofer.
Had a bit of trouble connecting (eventually determined to be the fault of my existing TV.).
The tech (Wetzel) was on the phone with me for well over an hour. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Finally, just to check, we hooked it up to another TV and it worked perfectly. Also worked when I replaced the TV. The Sonos is much better than the Sony, hands down. I have purchased from Crutchfield several times before. Beyond dependable. Very happy in all respects.
