Pit Barrel Cooker experience
I just got a new cooker because a friend recommended it, and let me tell you, it's really impressive. I started off by cooking half chickens and they turned out amazing. The meat had a great smoky flavor, even though I didn't use wood for smoking. My wife was shocked when I told her there was no wood involved. Then, I tried ribs and they were just as good. The cooker made it so easy to get that perfect smoky flavor and smoke ring. I even shared the ribs with my BBQ buddies and they thought I was joking about not using wood. The brisket was good too, but I had some trouble without the point for extra flavor and fat. I'm looking forward to trying a full packer next and I'm sure it will be fantastic.
