Backpack with faulty buckle
The backpack is actually really nice, but there's a problem with the buckle. I snagged it for a good deal on their site, so I can't send it back. I tried to contact customer service, but haven't heard anything back. We're still using the backpack, but it's a bummer and we won't shop there again.
