Overnight Replacement
I had a little issue with a package from this company at first and wasn't too happy about it. But then I got in touch with customer service and talked to Ashley. She got back to me fast and not only fixed the problem right away, but also sent me a replacement the very next day. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and friendly she was, and now I'm a happy customer.
