Difficult refund policy
This store left me feeling disappointed after my first shopping experience there. I bought something in person last week and then changed my mind and wanted a refund. But when I came back a few days later, I found out they only do exchanges, not refunds. Wish they had told me that right at the start because I might not have bought it then. And none of the workers mentioned it either when I bought it, which was surprising, given how much I paid for it. The receipt I got isn't super clear either. It says unopened items can be brought back within 28 days, but that's different from what the staff told me. All in all, I left feeling like customer satisfaction and clear communication weren't a priority for this store.
