Grill purchase
I bought a grill from the hardware store and let me tell you, the delivery service was a nightmare. They were supposed to give me a heads up call before dropping it off, but nope, never happened. They just left it in some random hidden spot and we ended up scouring the whole neighborhood, freaking out thinking it got swiped. And when I reached out to the manager, all I got was a lame "Sorry," no offer for anything to make up for the trouble or even a little empathy. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, crappy customer service all around.

Race Day Shorts and Singlet
I was really looking forward to trying out the Race Day Shorts and Singlet from this brand. They looked really nice and the materials seemed really good quality. But when I got my order, I was bummed to see that the sizing was off. The shorts were too tight and the singlet was too loose. I reached out to customer service to exchange them, but they took forever to get back to me and the whole process dragged on longer than I wanted it to. Finally, when I got the right sizes, they fit well and the products were good quality, but I was still a bit annoyed about the initial mix-up. The prices were decent for what I got, but the shipping took longer than I thought. Overall, I'd say my experience was just okay.
